Medical Assistant - McKinley Health Center (Flex)

Duties & Responsibilities Take vital signs (temp, pulse, respiration BP, HT & WT, if indicated) on incoming patients or as directed. Deliver charts each day to providers' rooms and remove patients' charts after clinicians have completed charting or dictating. Escort or place patients in providers' rooms and have them ready for examination. Assist patients as needed. Assist providers and nurses as needed. Assist the providers with examinations, treatments and procedures under the supervision of a nurse (RN or LPN). Transport patients to other departments. Supply, instrument and equipment maintenance. Care of examination rooms. Clerical duties.
