Responsibilities
Support the daily readiness of pharmacy production equipment by performing routine cleaning and basic maintenance to ensure safe, consistent operation
Help maintain smooth workflow by identifying equipment issues early and following defined steps to resolve them or escalate when needed
Operate designated equipment or service vehicles in alignment with safety and operational guidelines
Contribute to a clean, organized, and compliant work environment that supports high-quality patient service
Follow established procedures to complete tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring equipment is available when needed
Build foundational technical knowledge through hands-on experience and guidance from team members
Demonstrate reliability and accountability by completing assigned work on time and supporting team priorities
Actively learn and apply feedback to improve performance and expand skill set over time
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
0–2 years of experience in equipment support, operations, warehouse, or a related environment
Ability to follow structured processes and work under close supervision
Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn equipment maintenance tasks
Ability to lift and move equipment as required (up to 40 lbs)
Strong reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to completing routine tasks accurately
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain a professional attitude
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with production, pharmacy, or medical equipment
Familiarity with cleaning, maintaining, or operating equipment in a regulated or operational setting
Basic troubleshooting skills or exposure to equipment repair processes
Comfort operating service vehicles or equipment used in operational environments
Interest in developing technical skills and growing within Pharmacy Operations
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
