A Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Physical, or Biologic Sciences or Clinical Laboratory Science; and
Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) Certification - American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP)/American Medical Technology (AMT)
