Job Description​ Saint Luke’s   Speciality Clinic   in  Chillicothe is seeking   a Medical Office Specialist to join our team. You will   work to ensure patient confidentiality in all instances ,   while   maintaining   a pleasant and professional appearance and conduct .   Shift Details:  Part Time Monday - Tuesday 8:00am-4:30pm Responsibilities :   A nswer s   the telephone   C ommunicat es   messages through email or Epic    G reet s,   registers,   and   schedules   patient appointments    Collects   patient copayments    Makes   appointment reminder calls    V erif ies   insurance and other patient data is   accurate     Scans   and / or upload s   patient information to   patients   electronic chart   We are seeking individuals who   are a ble to   provide backup for other positions and functions in the medical office including :   medical records ,   scheduling ,   insurance verification ,   patient referrals ,   etc. and the ability to float between multiple locations as assigned.   Why   Saint   Luke’s?   We believe in creating a collaborative environment, while looking for innovative ways to improve.
