Clarity Testing Services (CTS) is the leading provider of on-site mobile Drug & Alcohol (D&A) and Occupational Medicine testing services, primarily serving the New York tri-state area. Founded in 1995, and for the past 31 years, through its fleet of mobile units and 2 testing locations, CTS has provided services and solutions to meet the increasingly stringent testing requirements of the DOT (Department of Transportation) and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) for highly-regulated employers operating across the New York tri-state area.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Mobile Medical Technician to join our healthcare team in Tarrytown, United States. In this role, you will provide essential medical support and diagnostic services to patients across multiple healthcare settings and locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional technical proficiency, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining strict adherence to medical protocols and data security standards.
Operate and maintain mobile medical diagnostic equipment, including EKG machines, vital signs monitors, and portable ultrasound devices
Collect patient data, perform phlebotomy procedures, and conduct preliminary medical assessments in accordance with established protocols
Document patient information accurately and efficiently using electronic health record (EHR) systems while ensuring HIPAA compliance
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance to ensure all devices are functioning optimally
Transport medical equipment safely between multiple locations and healthcare facilities within the Tarrytown region
Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures, address concerns, and provide reassurance during medical examinations
Analyze and interpret vital signs and preliminary diagnostic data, reporting findings to supervising healthcare professionals
Maintain organized records of equipment inventory, patient encounters, and service logs
Adapt quickly to different healthcare environments and patient populations while maintaining professional standards
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery across mobile and stationary settings
**Required Qualifications:**
Proficiency with mobile medical diagnostic equipment and electronic health record (EHR) systems
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare protocols
Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Demonstrated ability to collect, document, and analyze patient data accurately
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to interact professionally with patients and healthcare staff
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
Physical capability to transport equipment and work in varied healthcare environments
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the Tarrytown area
Attention to detail and analytical mindset for interpreting medical information
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Phlebotomy certification or equivalent hands-on medical experience
EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) or paramedic certification
Previous experience working in mobile healthcare, urgent care, or clinical settings
Proficiency with mobile applications and medical software platforms
Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical equipment issues
Bilingual capabilities (English and Spanish)
Experience with patient scheduling and appointment coordination
The anticipated base pay range for this position starts at $23.00 per hour . Pay is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
