Significance is growing and is seeking a Navy Technical Writer Senior Consultant to join our team.  This is a hybrid position, located in Falls Church, VA and requires an Active Secret Clearance.   The Senior Technical Writer/ Senior Process & Strategy Consultant serves as a critical lead for process optimization and organizational clarity within a high-visibility Navy account. This role is not merely about writing; it is about process forensic science and enterprise-level alignment. You will work in direct collaboration with both the US Government and our Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Team to deconstruct complex, "tribal knowledge" workflows and reconstruct them into standardized, audit-ready documentation.  The candidate will be the primary driver for cross-command collaboration, facilitating deep-dive stakeholder interviews and walkthroughs across various Navy functional areas. Your mission is to transform abstract, siloed operations into a cohesive library of process documentation, desk guides, and training visuals that enable mission readiness and long-term sustainability for the Command. At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location. We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.
