Responsibilities What You Will Be Doing You will meet with individuals and families to help them understand their insurance and retirement options and select solutions that fit their needs. You will also: Develop long-term relationships with clients in the Charlotte community Receive personalized mentorship and ongoing professional development Learn proven sales, referral, and business-building systems Build a book of business with renewal income Create a career with the potential for leadership and long-term ownership Work alongside one of the most consistently successful teams in the American Senior Benefits organization Qualifications We are looking for people with an entrepreneurial mindset who want greater control over their income, growth, and future.
