About Nscale Nscale is the GPU cloud engineered for AI. We provide cost-effective, high-performance infrastructure for AI start-ups and large enterprise customers. Nscale enables AI-focused companies to achieve superior results by reducing the complexity of AI development. Our GPU cloud bolsters technical capabilities and directly supports strategic business outcomes, including cost management, rapid innovation, and environmental responsibility. We thrive on a culture of innovation, ownership, and accountability, where every team member takes pride in their work and drives it with excellence and focus. As an Nscaler, you’ll build trust through openness and transparency, where everyone is inspired to do their best work. If you join our team, you’ll be contributing to building the technology that powers the future. About the Role We are hiring an Infrastructure Functional Lead to take end-to-end ownership of Attune (Hexagon) and NetBox as Nscale’s authoritative inventory of physical and logical infrastructure assets. You will assume ownership from external partners and become the internal authority on how these systems should work today and as we scale. Your mandate is simple: make Attune and NetBox a clean, reliable system of record for our data centre hardware, network topology, and IP space, integrated with procurement, finance, and our broader data ecosystem. This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who simplifies complexity, makes clear decisions, and can navigate stakeholder disagreements when necessary. What You’ll Be Doing Lead end-to-end project delivery from business requirements gathering through user testing and implementation. Configure Attune for asset lifecycle and NetBox for DCIM and IPAM. Model racks, devices, cabling, circuits, prefixes, VLANs, VRFs, tenancy, GPU and server inventory, and network topology. Manage integrations with NetSuite for fixed assets and capitalisation, as well as procurement systems, monitoring, automation tooling, and Foundry. Own user management, validation rules, data governance, and data quality after go-live to prevent drift between physical reality and the system of record. Deliver custom reports, dashboards, and API exposure that support capacity, utilisation, lifecycle, and portfolio analytics. Optimise processes for asset intake, deployment, move-add-change, RMA, and decommissioning. Lead functional support for UAT, cutover, and post go-live stabilisation across sites. Resolve functional issues decisively and help DC Ops, Network Engineering, and Finance users gain confidence in the systems. Key Responsibilities Asset management ownership Take end-to-end functional ownership of Attune and NetBox across asset lifecycle, DCIM (sites, racks, devices, cabling, power), and IPAM (prefixes, IPs, VLANs, VRFs). Be accountable for the clarity, reliability, and scalability of Attune and NetBox as Nscale’s authoritative infrastructure inventory. Ensure these systems remain clean, trusted, and maintainable as Nscale’s footprint grows. Functional design and simplification Translate Nscale’s data centre, network, and asset operating model into simple, scalable Attune and NetBox configurations that avoid unnecessary customisation. Review, challenge, and rationalise existing designs to remove complexity and technical debt. Define a minimum viable rollout and phased roadmap that supports rapid scaling across multiple sites and regions without over-engineering. Cross-functional leadership Act as the functional lead across DC Ops, Network Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Security teams to align requirements and resolve trade-offs. Drive consistent, well-understood processes for asset intake, deployment, move-add-change, RMA, and decommissioning that balance site-level pace with portfolio integrity. Work constructively with system integrators, vendors, and senior stakeholders to protect simplicity, data quality, and long-term scalability when trade-offs arise. ERP and data platform integration Own the Attune and NetBox integrations with NetSuite, procurement systems, monitoring, automation tooling, and downstream data platforms. Help design clean, reliable asset and network data models for downstream use in Palantir Foundry, including capacity, utilisation, and lifecycle analytics. Make clear decisions on what functionality and data belong in Attune and NetBox versus what should live in NetSuite, procurement, or Foundry. Scope and Stakeholders The role focuses primarily on new functionality and site onboarding, alongside fixing, simplifying, and adding integrations to existing systems. You will work closely with: DC Ops and Network Engineering teams. Procurement and Supply Chain teams for hardware intake. Finance teams for fixed asset accounting and capitalisation. Security and Compliance teams for asset and access audits. Internal systems teams managing NetSuite, Foundry, and identity integrations. About You 7+ years of experience with infrastructure asset management, DCIM, and IPAM tooling. Production experience using NetBox at scale and Attune (Hexagon), or a comparable lifecycle platform. Strong fundamentals in data centre operations, network topology, IP address management, and fixed asset accounting. Ability to engage credibly with senior operations and finance stakeholders. Demonstrable experience integrating asset and DCIM platforms with ERPs, procurement, monitoring, and automation systems via API; NetSuite experience is preferred. Experience in data centre, GPU, hyperscale, or other asset-heavy and operationally complex environments. Proven ability to simplify data models and avoid unnecessary complexity. Ability to enforce data quality, validation, and governance in a fast-scaling environment. Ability to navigate disagreements with system integrators, vendors, and senior stakeholders when needed. A forward-thinking mindset that s
