Nurse Practitioner Job Description This is a full-time position, working collaboratively as a member of the medical staff, the APRN will play a critical role in managing the medical needs of skilled nursing facility residents. The APRN will establish and build strong working relationships with administrators and staff throughout their designated building(s) and will act as the primary point of contact for emergencies and urgent care visits. What Does a Day Look Like for a UHP APRN? You will provide primary, urgent and preventative care for residents in assigned skilled nursing facility. May also provide care to assisted living facility residents You will verify admission orders and conduct initial assessment of residents.
