Oversee office services including print/copy/scan, mail, courier, managed print, hospitality, conference room support, imaging, and reception backup. Ensure service levels, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance with established standards. Support a professional, customer-focused environment while meeting daily operational and reporting requirements. Requirements High school diploma or GED required. 3–5 years of related office services, B2B, technical support, or customer-facing experience required. Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience strongly preferred. Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred. Responsibilities Supervise, coach, train, cross-train, counsel, evaluate, and develop team members through performance management and individual development plans. Schedule staff and assign work based on production demands, employee skills, and business priorities. Operate and support Ricoh printers/copiers for printing, copying, scanning, and related office services. Coordinate incoming service requests, mail, overnight packages, courier services, and hospitality functions. Assist with conference room setups, including food and beverage arrangements, and provide reception backup as needed. Monitor production labor, quality standards, service level agreements (SLAs), deadlines, audits, and compliance requirements. Maintain daily customer contact, respond to service requests, resolve operational issues, and support business process improvements. Prepare site reports, customer presentations, and business reviews while maintaining required documentation. Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, pricing, invoicing, and operational support. Promote a positive work environment focused on teamwork, customer service, employee recognition, and retention. Identify process gaps, update documentation, and support continuous operational improvements. Perform other assigned duties as required. Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
