Country of Location: China Hong Kong Job Responsibilities: • To ensure smooth operations within front office and facillates the communication between front and middle office on a day-to-day basis. • To plan and allocate manpower of the team to deliver quality services to our internal customers • To identify and suggest improvement plan of daily operations whenever necessary. • To work closely with Relationship Manager to provide all-rounded commercial banking services to the Bank’s customers including customer due diligence , credit related checkings, documentations handling, daily clearing cheque verification / focal point on guarantee scheme / documentations follow up pre and post loan draw down etc. • To mentor junior team member in handling daily operations as well as customer enquiries on account balances, deposit renewals, term loan rollovers, general enquiry etc.according to the Banks’s requirement. • Support frontline and adhere to anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies. • Customer-Centricity ;Demonstrates initiative to go beyond the normal routine and look for new ways to add value. Requirements: • Secondary education or above • Minimum 3 years of practical experience in Retail Banking. • Self-motivator and customer centric. • General understanding on SME and retail banking products. • Basic knowledge in accounting principles, credit and loan document • Good PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. • Good interpersonal skills and strong team player • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
