We’re seeking an Omni Coordinator who’s curious, organised and ready to make an impact across our digital channels. This role is all about bringing the Levi’s® experience to life online—supporting flawless execution, strong product storytelling and a seamless customer journey across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute promotional uploads and campaign setup across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with pricing and marketing strategies
Perform quality assurance on all product uploads (descriptions, attributes, images, video, colour references) to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Maintain and update website and platform content via the CMS to ensure consistency and currency
Monitor and quality control site performance daily across browsers, devices, and operating systems
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve site issues in a timely manner
Liaise with Customer Service and Distribution teams to resolve customer-related issues
Maintain appropriate inventory levels aligned with promotional activity in collaboration with Merchandise Planning
Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting, providing insights and recommendations based on data trends
Coordinate with external agencies (SEO, customer service, content) to optimise digital performance
Manage SEO activities in partnership with external agency
Manage and optimise AI chatbot content, including use cases and regular review of customer queries
Contribute to omni-channel and digital transformation projects, including project coordination, stakeholder engagement, training, and continuous improvement
Provide input into process improvements, system enhancements, and customer experience initiatives
Previous Experience Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related field
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capability
Experience with eCommerce platforms, CMS tools, and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics)
Understanding of digital best practices and customer experience principles
Advanced Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP) preferred
Exposure to Zendesk or similar customer service platforms (desirable)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
