On boarding Manager

Collabera Inc (Staffing Firm).   We are based out of Morristown, NJ and we have been providing contingent labor to our clients for last 25 years. In 2015 we placed more than 6,000 contractors across select 100+ clients that we service. End client for this project is a large legal organization with operations in more than 100 countries and has more than 50,000 employees around the world. For eight consecutive years, Fortune has named this company as World’s ‘Most Admired Companies to work for’. Looking for a outgoing personality with a passion for customer service. Ability to keep on top of tracking and executing multiple detailed processes simultaneously. The On boarding Concierge service provides a single point of contact for on boarding a new Technology Employee thereby enabling both hiring leaders and new employees to focus on core development activities. Key responsibilities include: Manage ITSC and Ariba requests for new equipment Oversee ordering IDs Manage laptop configuration & installation Address any questions from new employees regarding American Express including benefits, payroll, development tools, etc. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills High degree of collaboration and partnership Ability to analyze complex issues and resolve issues lacking clear ownership Strong customer service mindset with ability to remain poised through challenging situations Excellent project management documentation, tracking, and follow-up skills Knowledge of American Express tools and knowledge of Technology tools a plus Background in technology/engineering to be able to interpret/anticipate needs Process improvement experience and ability to drive and measure improvement in vDTC issues If interested and want to apply, please contact: Vishwas Jaggi 480-327-0540
