No previous casino experience is required — we provide paid training. What You’ll Do Deal live casino games like Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and Poker on camera. Chat naturally with players about pop culture, sports, music, and trivia. Handle cards and game equipment accurately. Keep conversations friendly, upbeat, inclusive, and entertainment-focused. Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment. Able to follow game procedures and studio standards. Able to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule. Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license.
