Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel. Job Description: Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Provide support and enhancements for Oracle Advanced Collections (OAC), including strategy setup, scoring, dunning plans, and collections workflows. Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports to support business operations and decision-making. Configure and maintain Oracle Territory Management (OTM) rules, hierarchies, and assignment processes. Troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Functional, DBAs, Developers) for resolution. Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity across systems. Support integrations between Oracle modules and external systems. Participate in system upgrades, patching, and testing activities (unit, integration, UAT). Document system processes, configurations, and support procedures. Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.  Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of implementation experience in Oracle Financial Receivables and Collections HS Diploma/GED Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Similar Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
