Outside Sales Representative - Diesel Repair

Position Summary The Outside Sales & Business Development Representative is responsible for generating new business, strengthening referral relationships, increasing quote conversion, and helping the company grow profitable revenue. This is a full-time, field-based sales role focused on building relationships with commercial accounts, fleet operators, logistics companies, distributors, rental companies, municipalities, and other organizations that own or manage heavy-duty vehicles. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, accountable, and comfortable turning daily sales activity into measurable results. Success in this role will be measured by qualified opportunities, follow-up discipline, booked jobs, revenue growth, gross profit contribution, and the ability to help the company create more predictable, profitable, and collectible work.
