Paid Revenue Manager

We’re looking for a motivated Manager to join our global Revenue Accounting team, supporting Spotify’s Paid Revenue business across Premium, Partner, and Other Paid Revenue streams. As part of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) organization, you’ll help oversee accounting for Spotify’s €15B+ subscription business while partnering closely with teams across Finance, Product, Engineering, and the broader business. In this role, you’ll manage core revenue accounting processes, drive operational improvements, and support new business initiatives as Spotify continues to scale. We're looking for someone who combines strong technical accounting expertise with curiosity, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for improving processes through technology and automation. The United States base range for this position is $111,860–$159,800, plus equity.
