Paint Technician

Dealership: L0765 Carbone Body Shop Carbone Collision Body Shop Paint Technician Pay Flat Rate: $19–$34/flat rate hour , depending on: Experience Productivity Performance Eligible for production/productivity bonuses and other short- and/or long-term incentives. Key Responsibilities Perform automotive paint repairs according to manufacturer, insurance, and company standards. Prepare and paint repaired vehicle parts. Inspect completed paint work for quality. Track repair time and document completed work. Maintain a clean, organized work area. Use paint materials efficiently. Keep customer vehicles clean. Attend training to stay current on repair techniques. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Communicate effectively with coworkers and management. Qualifications At least 2 years of automotive body/collision repair experience . Knowledge of body shop equipment and tools. Basic mechanical knowledge of automobiles. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years or older .
