Prioritizing leadership, accountability, and collaboration, we equip our teams to work at the highest levels possible.   Job Summary:     Acrisure is   seeking   a knowledgeable, detail-oriented Paralegal to support the Entity Management Team within the Regulatory Affairs department, with a focus on corporate governance and legal entity management. This role requires familiarity with various entity types and the ability to understand and analyze legal documents related to entities, governance matters, and   structural   changes. The Paralegal will help   identify   key issues, develop practical insights and recommendations for next steps, and execute legal entity changes accurately and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and approaches challenges with sound judgment, creativity, and a solutions-oriented mindset. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be self-motivated, collaborative, eager to learn new things, and committed to delivering high-quality support to internal stakeholders .   Responsibilities:    Corporate Governance & Entity Management :    Maintain and support corporate governance records for various entity types, including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and other legal entities.    Assist   with entity formation, qualification, dissolution, merger, name change, officer/director updates, ownership changes, and other legal entity maintenance activities.    Track entity status, governance requirements, and related deadlines to support   timely   and   accurate   legal entity compliance.    Legal Document Review & Analysis :    Review, interpret, and analyze legal documents related to entities, including organizational documents, resolutions, consents, certificates, agreements, ownership records, and regulatory filings.    Identify   key issues, inconsistencies, missing information, and   required   follow-up actions within legal and governance documents.    Prepare summaries, insights, and practical recommendations to support decision-making and   next   steps.   Execution of Entity Changes:    Coordinate and complete legal entity changes from intake through execution, ensuring information is   accurate , complete, and properly documented.    Prepare, organize, and manage filings, approvals, signatures, supporting documents, and internal records needed to complete entity-related changes.    Monitor progress, communicate status updates, and help resolve issues that may delay completion of legal entity actions.   Research, Problem Solving & Process Support :    Conduct legal and factual research related to corporate governance, entity requirements, jurisdictional rules, and internal processes.    Apply critical thinking to evaluate facts,   identify   options, and recommend practical, solutions-oriented approaches to resolve entity-related questions or issues.    Support process improvements, documentation standards, and tools that enhance accuracy, consistency, and efficiency within the Entity Management Team.    Communication, Coordination & Prioritization :    Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, Regulatory Affairs colleagues,   Legal,  business   teams, registered agents, outside counsel, and other third parties as needed.    Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workstreams in a fast-paced environment while   maintaining   accuracy and attention to detail.    Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive corporate and legal information securely and professionally.    Education and Experience:    Required Qualifications :     Bachelor’s degree preferred.   Paralegal certification from an accredited institution preferred.   At least   2 –5 years of paralegal experience or comparable work experience   required .   Experience supporting corporate governance, legal entity management, entity maintenance, or related corporate matters in a law firm, corporate legal department, regulatory affairs department, or similar professional environment   required .   Working knowledge of different legal entity types, including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and other business entities.   Ability to understand and analyze legal documents related to entities, including organizational documents, resolutions, consents, certificates, ownership records, agreements, and filings.   Proficiency   in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.   Strong organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to   identify   issues, develop insights, and recommend   practical next   steps.   High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workstreams efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.   Solutions-oriented mindset with sound judgment, resourcefulness, and the ability to   problem solve   independently and collaboratively.   Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership of assignments from intake through completion.   Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, registered agents, and outside counsel.   Ability to work with
