Paraprofessional / Behavior Technician (ABA) – Queens, NY Location : Queens, NY (School & After-School Setting) Schedule : After 3:00 PM availability required | Part-Time to Full-Time Options Pay Rate : $25–$30 per hour Position Type : Flexible | Consistent Hours Available About the Role : Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC is seeking a dedicated and reliable Paraprofessional/Behavior Technician to provide individualized 1:1 support for a student in a structured school setting in Queens. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to work closely with children while implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to support skill development and positive behavior. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children and are looking to grow within the field of behavioral health. Position Details : School Setting: All-boys school located in Queens Opportunities available for both school-day and after-school hours Additional paid driver opportunities available for candidates with a vehicle Schedule Options : Option 1 (Full Day): Monday–Thursday: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM (paid until 4:30 PM) Friday: 9:30 AM – 12:15 PM (paid until 1:15 PM) Option to begin at 9:00 AM for additional hours Option 2 (Shorter Day): Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM Friday: 9:30 AM – 12:15 PM After-School Availability Required: Services begin after 3:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 support using ABA-based strategies Assist with classroom routines, engagement, and behavior support Implement individualized plans under BCBA supervision Collect and record basic session data Maintain clear and professional communication with supervisors and team members Requirements: High School Diploma required Experience working with children Strong reliability, professionalism, and communication skills Ability to follow structured plans and accept feedback Having a car is a plus (additional compensation and hours available) Data entry skills for session notes Training & Growth Opportunities : Company-sponsored RBT certification provided (at no cost to you) Ongoing supervision and support from experienced BCBAs Opportunities for career growth within the ABA field Driver Positions Available : Monday–Thursday: 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM Friday: 12:15 PM – 1:15 PM Apply Today!
