What You’ll Be Doing: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, and/or center-based settings Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision Collect accurate session data and complete documentation using Rethink within 24 hours Maintain strong fidelity to behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Communicate regularly with families and your supervising BCBA Participate in structured 7-day and 30-day onboarding check-ins to support your success What We’re Looking For: Active RBT certification (required) Minimum 6 months of hands-on ABA experience with children Strong understanding of data collection and ABA principles (DTT, NET, reinforcement, prompting, etc.) Reliable, professional, and able to work independently during sessions Strong communication skills with both families and clinical supervisors A genuine passion for supporting children and making progress that matters Experience working in school-based settings What You’ll Get: Flexible scheduling that works with your availability Ongoing clinical support and supervision from experienced BCBAs Professional development and support toward BCBA certification Clear structure and expectations so you can feel confident in your role A supportive, team-oriented environment where your work is valued Easy-to-use Rethink platform for streamlined session notes and data tracking Why Join Us ?
