PART TIME - Leasing & Live It Specialist (Leasing Consultant)

Summary: The Leasing Consultant plays a pivotal role in converting telephone and walk-in prospects into leases, thereby maintaining and increasing occupancy levels. This position requires effective communication with existing residents and the establishment of a successful renewal program to ensure high resident retention. Responsibilities: Convert telephone and walk-in prospects into leases to maintain and increase occupancy. Communicate effectively with existing residents to address their needs and concerns. Establish and manage a successful lease renewal program. Conduct property tours for prospective residents highlighting key amenities and features. Assist in the preparation and execution of lease agreements. Maintain accurate records of all leasing-related activities and resident interactions. Collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy goals. Required skills: Proven experience in a leasing or similar customer service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. Familiarity with property management software is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
