Employee Recognition & Rewards : A culture that celebrates and rewards your hard work and dedication What you bring to SBHG: Education:  Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from an accredited college or university. Licensure:  Active registration or licensure with the California BBS (or equivalent board) as an AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC . Experience: At least one (1) year of direct service experience working with emotionally disturbed adolescents in a healthcare setting (relevant student internship or practicum hours may be substituted). Experience working in an inpatient acute setting is preferred. How you will make a difference: This position has the primary responsibility for completing assessments and helping develop treatment plans for clients. Provides individual and family therapy, leads therapeutic group activities, and works with the treatment team to support client progress. Assists with discharge planning and connects clients and families with appropriate resources and services. Maintains accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and provides support to families regarding admission, discharge, and aftercare needs. Division/Program Overview: Population Served (Capacity): Serving youth, ages 12-17, dealing with acute psychiatric symptoms Facility & Setting: 24/7 inpatient Involuntary program, 16-bed facility Clinical Services (Core): A dmission; engagement; learning; stabilization and linkage to resources and aftercare  Skills & Services: Intensive treatment programs with individualized care plans.
