This is a clinic-based role where you’ll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations. The Setting This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model. • Clinic staff are on-site full time • Organized scheduling and patient flow • Coordinated, team-based care environment • Value-based model focused on seniors We manage equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing logistics — allowing you to focus entirely on delivering high-quality vision care. What You’ll Do • Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments • Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions within your scope of practice • Prescribe corrective lenses and provide appropriate treatment recommendations • Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team • Deliver patient-centered care in a structured outpatient setting What Makes This Different This is not a high-volume retail model.
