You'll walk into a fully equipped exam space with patients already scheduled, support staff already in place, and zero administrative work waiting for you afterward. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions within your scope of practice Prescribe corrective lenses and provide appropriate treatment recommendations Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team Deliver patient-centered care in a structured outpatient setting Build ongoing relationships with a consistent patient population who genuinely appreciate your care What Makes This Different This is not a high-volume retail model, and there are no sales quotas attached to your exam chair.
