Job Description for Payroll Operations Data Analyst Position Title: Payroll Operations Associate CL -12 Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full Time Must have skills : Power BI, Power Automate Good to have skills : Creating AI Agents, Agentic AI tool Job Summary: We are looking for a Data Analyst who can analyze data, build dashboards, and automate reporting using Microsoft tools. The candidate should be comfortable working with data in Excel and Power BI and supporting business teams with insights. Roles & Responsibilities: Power BI: Designing interactive dashboards, data models, and insightful reports for business decision-making Advanced Excel: Strong expertise in formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, etc.), Pivot Tables, and basic Macros/VBA Data Analysis & Reporting: Ability to analyze large datasets and present clear, actionable insights to stakeholders Power Automate: Automating workflows, report generation, and business processes to improve efficiency Power Query (ETL): Data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and loading from multiple sources Data Accuracy & Governance: Ensuring data integrity, validation checks, and maintaining secure access controls Stakeholder Management: Supporting business teams with data summaries, reports, and analytical insights Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities Required Skills Strong knowledge of Power BI Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivots, macros) Experience with Power Automate Basic knowledge of SQL and DAX Basic understanding of data security and confidentiality Good communication and documentation skills Agentic AI Preferred Certifications Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution. Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate. Additional Information: - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in BCA or AI related field, along with good knowledge and experience in Agentic AI - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
