Join us in tackling exciting challenges at the intersection of healthcare and technology.  We're looking for a Payroll Specialist to own end-to-end payroll processing across all company entities. This role also administers our 401(k) program and manages leave of absence cases including FMLA, short-term disability, and workers' compensation ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong employee experience throughout. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys collaborating and working in an in-office environment, while also benefiting from the flexibility of a hybrid schedule. Qualifications 5 + years of experience processing multi-entity and/or multi-state payroll. Experience administering 401(k) plans and employee leave programs, including FMLA, Short-Term Disability (STD), and Workers' Compensation. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax, wage and hour, and employment laws. Proficiency with Paylocity or a comparable payroll/HRIS system. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
