We provide quality resources in four specialty areas: Information Technology (IT), Clinical Research, Rehabilitation Therapy and Nursing. - Soft Skills: detailed oriented, tactical mindset, polished, can communicate effectively with director level and above  - Main Functions: Prepare scorecard decks for all organizations at PSEG, support with bench marking, develop business improvement strategies - Must have some knowledge of the utility business  - Must have knowledge of Excel, Access, Tableau - Responsible for some data entry  - 3 to 5 years in analytics Required: • BA or BS Degree or equivalent experience.  • Demonstrated organization and high level of analytical and quantitative skills. Must have extensive proven proficiency with MS Office Products, Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint. • Demonstrated ability to develop new approaches with applicable tools to measure success. Demonstrated detail orientation and ability to work independently.
