We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and enhance their quality of life through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Perform manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises
Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
Document patient care activities, progress, and treatment outcomes
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
Educate patients and caregivers about treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare standards
Utilize state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment and techniques
Monitor and ensure patient safety during therapy sessions
Participate in team meetings and care coordination discussions
Current Physical Therapist license in Maryland
Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and rehabilitation protocols
Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills
Proven experience in developing and implementing treatment plans
Proficiency in documentation and electronic health records (EHR)
Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team environment
Physical stamina and dexterity to assist patients with exercises and movements
Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Excellent time management and organizational skills
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000 -$90,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
