We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our energetic outpatient orthopedic clinic in Grand Rapids. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong clinical skills, and a desire to grow professionally. Perform patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based patient care and adjust treatment plans as needed
Document evaluations, daily notes, progress updates, and discharge summaries in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance partners
Oversee and support care provided by PTAs and rehabilitation technicians
Complete timely and accurate documentation, including daily notes, progress reports, evaluations, and discharge summaries
Graduate or upcoming graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
Current or upcoming Michigan PT license
Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency, including EMR systems and Microsoft Office
