We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. This role is ideal for a clinician who values patient‑centered care, professional growth, and working in a positive, team‑focused setting. Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and referral sources Participate in continuing education and skill development Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high‑quality care Graduate of a CAPTE‑accredited Physical Therapy program Current or upcoming Wisconsin Physical Therapist license CPR certification Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently in an outpatient setting Experience with balance and vestibular rehab preferred (or willingness to learn) New graduates welcome to apply What You’ll Get: Monday - Friday schedule $7,500 Sign-on bonus and profit sharing Clinic mentorship for professional development, specialization, and growth No working weekends or evenings Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee discount plans Excellent benefits package including 401k, health, dental, and generous paid time off.
