Our clinic is home to professionals with a sense of commitment, a sense of ownership, and a sense of humor.  What You’ll Do: Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results Review the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum One or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience within a private clinic or hospital preferred Currently registered and licensed in the state of Pennsylvania and CPR certified Outgoing and energetic personality Experience in exercise and manual-based skills, McKenzie skilled, and sports rehabilitation New graduates are welcome to apply Strong compensation   Excellent benefits package, including 401k, health, dental, and generous paid time off Monthly productivity bonus  Continuing education Employee discount plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Multiple opportunities for professional development, specialization, and leadership Clinical mentorship Investment from a company that wants you to succeed and thrive  Apply today to join our passionate team.
