We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team in Missouri City, Texas. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Evaluate patients' conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans
Perform manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises
Document patient progress and maintain detailed treatment records
Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Utilize various physical therapy equipment and modalities
Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards
Participate in regular team meetings and care planning sessions
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
Current Texas state physical therapy license
Valid BLS/CPR certification
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques
Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills
Strong documentation and communication abilities
Demonstrated experience in developing individualized treatment plans
Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment
Physical stamina to assist patients with exercises and movements
Commitment to continuing education and professional development
