He completed his Foot and Ankle Surgery Fellowship at Harborview Medical Center, University of Washington (Seattle, WA), and his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at York Hospital (York, PA). A Long Island native, Dr. Rizzo is committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality orthopedic care to the community he serves. Position Summary Catholic Health Physician Partners is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join Dr. Rizzo’s Orthopedic Surgery practice. This role supports both clinical and surgical care of foot and ankle patients. New graduates with a strong interest in orthopedics are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities First assist in orthopedic foot and ankle surgeries (including ORIF) Provide OR coverage 1–2 days per week Perform H&Ps, patient evaluations, and assist with treatment planning Manage patient phone encounters and medication refill requests Support pre- and post-operative patient care Qualifications Required: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Active NY State PA license DEA certification BLS and ACLS certifications Preferred: Orthopedic or surgical experience (foot & ankle preferred) Strong clinical, procedural, and communication skills New graduates welcome to apply Posted Salary Range USD $69.55 - USD $74.67 /Hr.
