Physician - Surgical Oncologist - Grand Rapids, MI

Corewell Health is seeking a full time   Surgical Oncologist  to join our Cancer Care team in   Grand Rapids, MI . This role will encompass a broad range of complex surgical oncology with a focus in cutaneous malignancies, minimally invasive esophagectomy and management of peritoneal malignancies. The ideal candidate will also have a special interest in research, with the possibility of protected time. Additionally, training and mentoring of medical students and residents are expected.  Working alongside three other physicians and five advanced practice providers, you will be a part of one of the largest and busiest comprehensive cancer centers in West Michigan! Located at the Lemmen- Holton Cancer Pavilion on Corewell Health's impressive "Medical Mile" in downtown Grand Rapids, you will enjoy working in an integrated environment that includes tumor boards, conferences, and work with resident physicians. Our Cancer program houses robust medical oncology services, specialized radiation oncology, interventional radiology, genetics, and multi-specialty teams! Surgeries are performed at Butterworth Hospital, directly across the street from the Cancer Center and connected by sky walk.
