Plant Maintenance Supervisor

What You’ll Be Doing Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities for fixed ready-mix concrete plant equipment and facilities to ensure optimal plant performance at RMC sites throughout Western New York. Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime of plant equipment and systems. Manage and train maintenance staff to enhance their skills and efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall plant operations. What Are We Looking For Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in fixed plant equipment and systems maintenance planning and execution. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
