What You'll Be Doing
Operate and monitor plant equipment to maintain safe, efficient production
Perform routine inspections and make operational adjustments as needed
Identify and report equipment or process issues promptly
Support housekeeping and material handling activities across the plant
Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures
What Are We Looking For
Ability to safely operate industrial equipment and follow procedures
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving capability
Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment
Flexibility to work varying schedules as operational needs require

Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
