What You'll Be Doing Operate and monitor plant equipment to support safe and efficient production
Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of plant systems
Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with safety standards
Communicate operational issues and coordinate with team members and supervisors
Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures during assigned shift
What Are We Looking For Ability to safely operate industrial equipment and follow detailed procedures
Strong attention to safety, quality, and environmental standards
Mechanical aptitude with the capability to learn plant operations and systems
Dependable team member with effective communication skills
Willingness to work 2nd shift, overtime, and weekends as needed
Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
