Portfolio Energy Manager

Portfolio Energy Manager Site: George Yard Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00  The Portfolio Energy Manager is a core member of the JBS Energy Team, reporting directly to the Head of Energy. The team manages energy performance across a portfolio of 110+ commercial and residential sites, with a focus on reducing energy consumption, carbon emissions and costs for our clients. You will take ownership of a defined number of sites, leading on energy monitoring, analysis and improvement initiatives. A significant part of this role involves working with smart building technology and data analytics platforms to identify and action opportunities, set up automated rules and alarms, and translate data insight into real building improvements. You will work closely with site teams, account managers and clients, and are expected to be proactive, self-motivated and able to manage your time independently. The role is based at the Building Performance Centre at head office and involves regular site visits across the portfolio.
