Overview
Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Portfolio Intelligence SME to support Headquarters United States Air Force (HAF/A10) in providing Strategic Deterrence and Nuclear Integration. This effort delivers technical, analytical, operational, programmatic, and planning subject-matter expertise to HAF/A10 and its component divisions to advance national security strategic plans, policies, concepts, and initiatives. Support areas include international treaties and agreements, the Foreign Clearance Program, Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction, nuclear stockpile and enterprise management, missile defense, nuclear deterrence research and education, strategic policy, ancillary IT support, and program management.
This is a full-time position, located on-site at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities
Serve as on-site Nuclear and CWMD Intelligence SME and primary Government POC for related requirements
Provide overall guidance on the DRP mission and A10 portfolio intelligence needs
Provide subject-matter expertise in strategic deterrence analyses, counterintelligence, and WMD systems
Integrate intelligence and IC products into the A10 portfolio scope, requirements, and assessments
Support investigations to discover, disseminate, and apply new or expanded knowledge on 21st-century deterrence and associated threats
Deliver responsive analytical support, assessments, and recommendations to inform policy, operations, and planning
Liaise with the Intelligence Community, interagency partners, and Air Force stakeholders to coordinate intelligence activities and information sharing
Brief and disseminate findings to senior leaders and relevant audiences on implications for deterrence and CWMD posture
Qualifications
Minimum Experience:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain TS/SCI level clearance Education: Bachelor's degree Years of Experience: Twenty-five (25) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, including fifteen (15) years of DoD experience
Additional Experience:
Knowledge of and research experience in nuclear and CWMD-related topics
Experience incorporating WMD threats into strategy, plans, policy, operations, and doctrine
Experience working with and liaising with the Intelligence Community, interagency partners, and AF/A2
Working experience with NDO capability master plans, including NC3
Experience integrating intelligence and IC products into nuclear deterrence operations
Experience incorporating WMD issues into AF and IC collection and analysis
Experience identifying and highlighting operational effects and impacts of WMD use
Experience setting operational requirements for collection and dissemination
Experience working with the counterintelligence community on related issues
Experience operating in complex environments with multiple points of contact
Experience generating briefings and decision papers
Preferred Qualifications: Education: Master's degree Years of Experience: Twenty (20) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, including twelve (12) years of DoD experience
