Information about the Role, Line of Business and Team: The Premium Operations Associate is responsible for managing outgoing premium activities including refunds, commissions, and claims payments. This role maintains essential registers, supports onboarding of producers and brokers, performs compliance tasks such as OFAC checks, and responds to internal and external inquiries regarding outgoing premium activity. The Associate plays a hands‑on role in ensuring accurate and timely execution of payments, supporting reconciliation processes, and contributing to operational efficiency and compliance across the business unit.  What you will do: Prepare all deposited checks for entry into the accounting system Process premium refunds, claims refund deposits, and commission refunds/payments Run and maintain monthly claims and commission registers Process claims and commission checks/ACHs and ensure accurate tracking of outstanding items Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding commissions, claims, and other outgoing premium items Support new business onboarding for producers/brokers, including OFAC reporting Maintain premium journal notes and client contact cheat sheets Assist with reconciliation research as needed Support the Lead with workflow execution during peak periods or complex cases Other duties as assigned What YOU will bring to C&F: High school diploma/GED required.
