This role partners closely with business and technology leaders to align technical investments with strategic priorities while establishing modern engineering practices that promote innovation, reliability, and operational efficiency. As a hands-on technical leader, the Principal Software Engineer is responsible for the architecture, design, and development of strategic technology platforms and enterprise applications. This individual leads the delivery of complex technical initiatives, mentors engineering teams, and drives the adoption of scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that accelerate Thorne's digital transformation and future growth.
