Project Role : Process & Manufacturing Engineer
Project Role Description : Design and optimize chemical, thermal, and/or mechanical industrial processes from concept through commissioning, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations. Specify equipment, conduct risk assessments, and resolve process issues, while scaling and improving manufacturing workflows, tools, and quality standards to enable reliable, cost-effective production aligned with project objectives.

Summary:
As a Process and Manufacturing Engineer, a typical day involves designing and refining industrial processes that may include chemical, thermal, or mechanical systems. The role encompasses overseeing these processes from initial concept stages through to commissioning, ensuring that operations are conducted safely and efficiently. This position requires continuous evaluation and enhancement of manufacturing workflows, tools, and quality standards to support reliable and cost-effective production. The engineer also specifies necessary equipment, performs thorough risk assessments, and addresses any process-related challenges to maintain alignment with project goals and compliance requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and operational standards.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SD-WAN Operations.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and optimize complex industrial processes.
- Experience in conducting comprehensive risk assessments and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Ability to specify and manage equipment requirements for process implementation and improvement.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues to maintain continuous production flow.
- Competence in scaling manufacturing workflows and enhancing quality control measures.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SD-WAN Operations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
