Doxim’s next Procurement & supply chain Specialist

By building strong supplier partnerships, negotiating smart deals, and optimizing logistics, ensure the right products are delivered at the right time, quality, and cost and helping the business operate efficiently and stay ahead of the competition.
Job description
Manage inventory across assigned locations, including demand planning, usage analysis, replenishment strategies, and lead time optimization
Develop forecasts and recommend inventory targets; proactively manage inventory to balance service levels, cost, and risk of shortages or excess
Monitor inventory positions and take proactive actions to mitigate supply disruptions and constraints
Produce and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and cost models to support inventory and sourcing decisions and ensure data accuracy
Execute inventory control activities such as cycle counts, reconciliations, and off-site inventory management; investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions
Provide backup support to sites
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, inventory controls, contractual obligations, and regulatory/audit requirements
Support sourcing activities, including supplier identification, quote evaluation, and participation in RFx processes (RFQ, RFI, RFP)
Create, manage, reconcile, and maintain purchase orders in alignment with company policies and procedures
Coordinate with suppliers to confirm orders, track shipments, and resolve delivery, quality, and invoicing issues
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, supporting continuous improvement, cost optimization, and relationship management efforts
Conduct spends analyses and cost evaluations to identify savings opportunities and improve value delivery
Support vendor lifecycle activities, including onboarding, qualification, compliance validation, and master data maintenance
Manage vendor documentation, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and completeness
Maintain accurate, up-to-date supplier records, contracts, certifications, and system data
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align supply chain, operational, and business objectives
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve inventory management, sourcing strategies, and reporting processes
Participate in audits, supplier reviews, system enhancements, and strategic initiatives
Provide operational, administrative, and project support to enable organizational growth and transformation
Perform additional duties as assigned

Education & Certifications
High School Diploma or GED required along with post-secondary education.
Certifications or equivalent work experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field preferred.
System Knowledge
Intermediate knowledge of ERP, procurement, and inventory systems
Experience with reporting tools and data extraction for analysis
Intermediate in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic analysis)
Skilled in Adobe software for creating visual and written content
Understanding of sourcing systems and RFx processes
Knowledge of vendor master data management and procurement documentation
Print industry experience
Familiarity with inventory tracking, replenishment, and forecasting tools
Understanding of compliance requirements and audit processes
Intermediate knowledge in vendor onboarding, compliance and record maintenance
Physical Demands
Majority of work performed seated with prolonged computer usage
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods; strong vision requirements for detailed work
Years of Experience
3–8 years of experience in print sourcing, procurement, inventory management, supply chain or related operational support roles
