What You'll Be Doing Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures.
Train and mentor production staff to enhance performance.
Monitor and manage inventory levels and supply chain logistics.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.
What Are We Looking For Prior cement plant or heavy industrial experience .
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in production management software and tools.
Preferred: Ability to obtain ATF clearance to operate specialized material‑clearing equipment (e.g., kiln guns or similar equipment) used in cement plant operations.
Work Environment Fast-paced manufacturing setting.
12-hour rotating shifts: 4 days on, 4 days off
Requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
