The Production Worker is responsible for supporting daily production and warehouse operations by operating and monitoring equipment, moving and staging materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring products meet quality standards. This role works across multiple areas of the production process, including slab handling, inspection, material staging, and production line support, while following all safety and quality procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure proper operation and product quality  Sort, stage, inspect, and move slabs/materials to appropriate production or storage locations  Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely and efficiently  Ensure materials and slabs are scanned and documented correctly within the ERP/computer system  Perform quality inspections and accurately document production and quality data  Complete shift logs, inventory counts, and related production documentation  Inspect forklifts and overhead cranes daily and complete required safety inspections  Maintain communication with supervisors and team members regarding production issues, material defects, inventory levels, and equipment concerns  Crosstrain and assist in multiple production and warehouse areas as needed  Perform Lockout/Tagout procedures before cleaning or servicing equipment  Handle chemicals safely and according to company procedures  Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times  Follow all Production and Warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)  Conduct all duties in a safe and responsible manner while wearing required PPE  Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management  Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred  Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial experience preferred  Basic math skills  Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills  Mechanically inclined  Experience using measuring equipment  Familiarity with Microsoft Office or ERP systems preferred Physical Requirements Lift up to 50–60 lbs.  Push/pull up to 100 lbs.  Stand for extended periods of time, up to 12-hour shifts with intermittent breaks  Frequently bend, walk, climb steps, and move throughout the facility  Occasionally climb in and out of equipment for cleaning and maintenance duties  Work in non-climate-controlled environments and varying weather conditions  Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)  Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises  Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Steel-toed boots  Hearing protection  Safety glasses  Cut-resistant gloves  Latex gloves  Face shield (as required)  High visibility vest (as required)  Respirator (as required) Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $19.00-$24.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
