A Glimpse of the Job
Program Aides for Aggie Park are utilized on a part-time basis to assist with larger events. The duties of these staff can adjust based on the event & expectations, but common needs are interacting with our patrons regularly, following the directions of our event managers, & working with large-scale traveling productions to ensure expectations are met.
Essential Duties
Event Customer Support
Interact directly with customers & clients to ensure proper rules are followed while also ensuring client safety
Quick decision making based on customer requests
Other duties as assigned
Assist crew members with event setups and breakdowns

Salary: Compensation will be commensurate to selected hire’s experience.

Required Education:
High School Diploma or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
Ability to work with a diverse group of people in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work evenings and weekends
Stand for long periods of time
Lift 25 pounds or more.
