The pay range for this position is $55,620-$65,486 annually depending on experience and education.
This position is located in Rutland, MA.
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:00.
$2,000 Sign-on Bonus
Additional $250 Bonus if MAP Certified
Devereux Massachusetts and Rhode Island is a nationally recognized organization dedicated to helping children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders.
Devereux's Hillside Group Home serves females aged 12-21 primarily carrying diagnoses of Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Disruptive Behavior Disorder, Reactive Attachment Disorder and feathers of Borderline Personality Disorder. Individuals may present with a range of cognitive functioning from mild intellectual disability to above average intelligence. With a 1:3 ratio, the goals of Hillside students may include stepping down to a less restrictive setting, moving back home, or preparing for independent living. Many of these students attend public school and enjoy activities such as going to the library, roller skating, movies, and doing hair and nail care in the salon at the program!
This program operates with a DBT clinical model. Each client receives individual therapy, along with participation in a DBT skills group. The DBT model emphasizes growth in interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and mindfulness. Clients are encouraged to take an active role in their treatment and collaborate closely with clinicians to set and pursue meaningful goals.
As a Program Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a group home, including program planning, supervision of residential staff, budget management, integration of community-based experiences for youth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, therapeutic services.

Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Valid drivers license required
High School Diploma with five years of congregate care experience or Bachelor’s degree with three years of congregate care experience required . Degrees in the subject area of psychology, social work, sociology, or related field preferred.
Two years of previous supervisory experience required .
Ability to complete 2 weeks orientation training, Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:00.
