Position Summary We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex government programs within our CODEX division. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong history of delivering advanced technical solutions in federal environments, combined with exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.
Required Qualifications Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline
Minimum 5 years managing government programs in technical or IT environments
Clearance
Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
U.S. Citizenship
Core Competencies
Proven expertise managing program budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
Comprehensive knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government contracting
Exceptional communication abilities with demonstrated success engaging government customers and senior stakeholders
Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, multi-priority environments
Proficiency with program management methodologies and tools
Preferred Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Federal law enforcement background or experience supporting law enforcement agencies
Agile/Scrum methodology experience
Master's degree in relevant field
Direct experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Justice (DOJ), or Intelligence Community (IC) customers
Track record managing programs valued at $5M or greater
Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Execution Act as the primary interface with government customers and key stakeholders
Direct complete program lifecycle from initiation through successful closeout
Create and maintain comprehensive program schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, deliverables, and performance standards
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues
Develop and present program status reports, executive briefings, and technical documentation
Technical Oversight Guide technical solution development and implementation strategies
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure deliverables exceed customer requirements
Provide technical leadership in decision-making and complex problem resolution
Team Development & Management Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional program teams
Cultivate collaboration across engineering, contracts, finance, and supporting organizations
Drive performance management initiatives and professional growth opportunities
Champion a culture of excellence and innovation
Strategic Customer Engagement Establish and nurture trusted relationships with government customers
Lead customer meetings, program reviews, and strategic planning sessions
Identify expansion opportunities and contribute to business development efforts
Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and mission success
