Ability to tailor written or oral updates based on level of audience.  • Ability to build and leverage relationships • Ability to ask investigative questions to confirm project progress amongst Stakeholders, with alienation • Lead and influence without direct authority • Adaptable to firms culture; execute on any direct and candidate feedback • Ability to effectively manage multiple and often conflicting priorities under tight timeframes; produces tangible outcomes (not caught up in non-value “busy” work) • WORD, EXCEL and PPT knowledge a must • Internal Audit experience is a plus Job Responsibilities: • Work with Vice Presidents’ and Directors’ to develop detailed project plans with owners, timelines, and sub-tasks • Create a project plan visual to track progress and publish weekly; Proactively work with Stakeholder to solve for challenges that could impact project timelines • Lead weekly status report meetings, and based on discussion, make changes real time on project plan (projected on screen) for audience viewing • Responsible for using change control procedures for any changes to scope, schedule and resources • Responsible for using milestone closure procedures at the end of each key stage of process. • Write change controls and milestone closure documentation which are clear and concise for broader Stakeholder understanding. • Facilitate and oversee operational calendar in a high visible role to ensure stakeholders are reviewing the quality and completeness of firms customer data • Responsible to oversee that upstream reports are available for stakeholders review; publish status reports to confirm project on target; oversee that data issues are corrected with proper archival of remediation documentation • Assist in the facilitation (and logistics) of a high profile monthly meeting; assist in agenda preparation; prepare and publish meeting minutes; track any follow-ups • Consolidate and document all open findings by Internal Audit, Compliance, Regulators from various reports onto a single project plan; update monthly and share with Management for an “at a glance” view  • On a monthly basis, track changes to people resources (locations, titles) engaged in project; report monthly to management (including Finance) • On a monthly basis, track status of project budget; ensure contracts with any external vendors are secured, monitor and report monthly budget “burn rate” • Review key documents of the firm to ensure proper and standardized formatting; format documents so they are ready for management review • Promote Project Management best-practice through formal and informal networks.
